Safe Exit
Safe Exit helps people leaving domestic and family violence with crisis and transitional housing, bond, relocation and essentials. Relieving housing distress, delivered with specialist partners.
Pathways Home
Pathways Home supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander households facing homelessness, risk or severe overcrowding with transitional housing, tenancy establishment, arrears relief and culturally safe support.
Foothold
Foothold supports young people aged 16–24 at risk, including care leavers, through supported housing, living-skills support and tapered rent subsidies.
Stable Ground
Stable Ground supports people with mental ill-health at risk of losing housing through tenancy sustainment funding, arrears relief and supported housing.
Housing Relief Fund
Housing Relief Fund provides one-off grants for rent in advance, bond, arrears and relocation, averaging $2,500 and paid directly to landlords or suppliers.
