Five Programs. One Mission.

Pathways Home delivers five core programs designed to relieve housing distress for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander households. Every initiative is delivered alongside specialist partners, ensuring culturally safe support for those homeless, at risk, or in severely overcrowded conditions.

ASSESSMENT FRAMEWORK

Rigorous integrity is at the heart of our mission. Every beneficiary is assessed against the specialist criteria in Appendix A to ensure targeted arrears relief, tenancy establishment, and transitional housing reach those in greatest need. We further support these programs through research on housing outcomes, government advocacy on family violence housing, and sourcing donated properties for our communities.

Pathways Home Program

Pathways Home supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander households who are homeless, at risk, or severely overcrowded. Our five programs relieve housing distress, are delivered with specialist partners, and assess every beneficiary against Appendix A. Support is culturally safe and delivered with Aboriginal community-controlled organisations.

Ancillary Program Activities

Beyond primary support, we conduct research on housing outcomes, make submissions to government regarding homelessness and family violence, and seek donated or discounted housing for eligible beneficiaries.

Tenancy Establishment
